History |

Restaurante Entre Rios is named after the province of Entre Rios in Argentina, location known for its beautiful jungles and bountiful natural resources. Mr. Julio Espinal and Mrs. Conchita Estrada de Bonilla founded the restaurant in 1959. The tradition has been kept alive by Mrs. Gloria del Carmen Bonilla de Areas and her husband Mr. William Areas. |

Presently, the restaurant is being managed by a third generation, Diana Elizabeth and Luis Alberto Areas, brother and sister. Both are preserving and revitalizing Restaurante Entre Rios tradition and excellence. |

Because of its legendary tradition and special attention to flavor, quality, and customer service, - the restaurant is the standard when speaking about Nicaraguan cuisine. |
